Versa 3 band won't stay on

Got the Versa 3 two days ago.  One of the bands (the one with the loops) won't stay on.  I checked other posts about this issue and some said it's because it's dirty (it's not, less than 48 hours with it) and that I should hear a click when it connects.  I don't hear the click no matter what I do but can hear it when I attempt it with the other half of the band.  Any ideas?

ETA. After looking at the button to take the band off on the working side, it doesn't move, even with the band out.  The one that won't stay in isn't staying in place.  Wiggles around.

Hi,  I appreciate all the feedback and information that you've shared about this inconvenience you're experiencing with your Versa 3, @awkwardrobot.

As you mentioned earlier, and before considering other options, please make to press the band into the end of the watch until you hear a click and it snaps into place. Keep in mind that the band with the buckle attaches to the top of the tracker. You can find other useful information in this article to properly secure the band.

However, if you already followed these recommendations and you continue to experience the same inconvenience, I do recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.
