Versa 3 bands won't attach

Hi, I had the versa 3 for Christmas and the straps keep coming disconnected and my watch falling off, is this a common fault or is there anything I can do to fix this?

How did you contact fitbit? I am in contact with them now for 2 months and I have to send picture and video's and they still believe it is a user error. It is unbelieveble..

Hi  I am chatting with Fitbit a couple of times and every time they direct me to a blog about how to attach the straps. It is unbelievable. This is my first experience with fitbit and there is an error with the clips. I cant wear my fitbit. I have send videos and picture I can describe exactly what the problem is. What can I do more?

I've had the same problem. Lost the watch add a result. The attachment is garbage

Mine is the same another band than the plastic one comes straight off  usually the top one. The bottom one is fine.
