Versa 3 bands won't come off

My band won't come off. The first side i pushed the button and it popped right off. I cant get the other side to budge at all. The metal is like glued. I have tried a ton of things with no luck.

Before considering other options, please make sure you've removed the bands as described here How do I change the band on my Fitbit device?
