Versa 3 battery died and now won't charge.

My Versa 3 ran out of battery completely today and I cannot charge it. I have reset it, and the battery looks like it is charging for a few seconds, but then the screen goes off again and it doesn't charge.

Hi @Feefee1 - it's difficult to know if the watch has developed a fault or just needs charging, see instructions in this link for the latter How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

The screen was appearing, and the charging sign was showing it charging,
but that only lasted a few seconds and the screen went blank again. I'll
try these hints in the morning.
