Versa 3 battery drained and couldn't Charge anymore

Since 24th of March, 2022, my Versa 3 stopped charging.  I have tried charging it overnight to see if it will come on again, but no way. Please help me.

Hi @Nwanneka - this can happen and often cleaning or replacing the charge cable will help. See instructions for that in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
