Hi All,
I did the update on my V3 and all hell broke out. My battery lasts only 24 hours after always lasting 5-6 days.
I have turned off screen awake, screen is now on dim even though i need it on normal, I have turned off almost everything that was on off and still the battery goes. Everything was fine until the update, I'm left with a watch that's near useless, except for telling the time and telling me I've done 40K steps in 2 hours. Any fixes available?

Hi, No nothing has worked. I'm giving up and getting a different watch no made by google. I can believe there aloud to get away with sending out poor updates and leaving us all to rot with advice that doesn't work. And because I have had mine for 9yrs tough.

Which Fitbit you mean that it lastest for 9 years, when Versa 3 came out only 2020?
Well the firmware update destroyed my versa 3 too after only 2.5 years using it. Now I ordered Huaweit Fitwatch 3, becaus ei dont have hope and confidenc ein Fitbit anmore, even if i used Fitbit since about 9 years. Versa 3 as my 2nd purchase and no im pretty upset !

Hi,
Ive had the exact same problem, was lasting a full week after a full recharge was needed before the update, now if I don’t charge it every day it will just suddenly die. No earning just puff and off it turns.
Today has added the problem that my phone and watch are no longer communicating with each other at all. I’ve tried my 2 apple phones and nothing doing. Keeps telling me system error try later.
