I have been a Fitbit user since 2014 and I love my Versa 3. I got it in the summer of 2020.
Two days ago I noticed that my Versa was draining battery life quicker than normal.
Yesterday I find that the side button is not responding. However, everything else seems to be working fine.
I've tried everything I could find to try and get things working properly.
I'm at a loss because none of the forums I've read about a fix seems to work.
Any ideas on how to fix this or am I going to have to shell out more money to buy a new one? Of course this would happen after I just renewed my premium account... 🙄

Hi @Whitneynicklas - unfortunately is sounds as if the watch has suffered internal damage, possibly due to water getting in.
If you have factory reset it It is unlikely that it can be fixed and if the button is still not working then it's reached the end of what you can do.
You can still chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, to further check.

Why is the side button on my Fitbit not working?
Clean the button area
If your Fitbit has physical buttons and is stuck or won't pop out or press in and out smoothly, the first thing to do is clean the button with a microfiber cloth and, if necessary, a little isopropyl alcohol to remove any dirt or grease that may prevent the button from working.
Regards,
Will

Same thing happening to me the last week. Once it totally dies, I'm getting an Apple Watch. I was always disappointed you could not add music directly to versa 3 like you could with versa 1 and 2.
