Hi there, @Glyn20. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Are you using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

However, I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

Hope this helps.

No I'm afraid I have tried everything you mentioned last night I charged the watch to 100% already this morning its on 50% so by the end of today it will need charging again not happy at all one of the features was battery lasts for 6 days I'm lucky make 2 days and that's with most things disabled losing confidence with fitbit my ionic lasted a few days but had to send it back again probs with battery overheating so purchased the versa 3 as its replacement and its rubbish battery problems again.

I get 1.5 days now was 4 days on a charge. A lot of stuff has been added to Versa3 and it's draining my battery.

Hi @poysenivy  - you are correct, stuff has been added and it does drain the battery, for instance, snore detection and SpO2 can use as much as 4 days of the 6 days alone.

You probably have all features on, so by eliminating ones you don't really need you can extend the battery time between charges, see

my fitbit is like a normal watch now cus everything you can do with it is
turned off dim light you name it I charged my versa today was fully charged
at 11am tonight nearly 10pm and I'm receiving tx messages my versa is very
low so nearly 12 hrs and needs charging its pathetic nothing turned on
whatsoever £150 for a watch that supposedly let's you track this that and
everything but all you get from moderators is turn this off turn that off
is that why I spent £150 to turn everything off only had it 3 or 4 wks ago
and what a load of rubbish tells the time good though 😡

Hi @Glyn20  - just to be sure did you remove SpO2 tracker app and snore detection and try Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

If the battery is still is not lasting take it back to where you bought it for replacement with a new one if found faulty.

To check, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They may talk you through a factory reset.

I'm regretting coming back to Fitbit because of this watch.
