My Versa 2 died a tragic death. I bought a 3. Lost 5 hours trying to update /set up the “devil” (its new name). I charge it to 100% each morning… and by lunchtime it’s at 50%, and it’s been on the charge most of the morning while I’ve been sitting working. Why? I have EVERY SINGLE THING possible turned off. All it should count is steps and heart beats. No calls, notifications, music, NOTHING is turned on. NOTHING. Dim screen. Default watch face. On by pressing button. Such a useless POC this Devil is. Why?? Why did I buy this evil soul-sucking gadget? Can anyone help?! Please?

Hi there, @Squishibits. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.
Since your Versa 3's battery seems to be draining overnight, I was wondering if by any chance you're using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
Additionally, I'd like to make sure you've taken a look at these tips and recommendations Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
