Not much to say except the battery life on this watch sucks. I have to charge everyday

Hi, @Gemini58! Do you use the always on screen? That will drain your battery very quickly. Other than that, I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly, they have access to some diagnostic tools that can look at battery life. In general it should be more in the 4-5 day range if your device is not very old.

Hi there, @Gemini58. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand how you must be feeling. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here as suggested by @MakMak. If the troubleshooting steps provided have not worked, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance.

Nevertheless, I'd like to share with you in case you're using Snore Detection that this feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

We hope your issue is solved soon.

Same here. About 14 hours per charge. Started early April about the same time I installed a firmware update. Been turning off features in an  attempt to troubleshoot, but I think it's time to ask the support team for help.

I called and they had me do all this stuff. I’m getting a refund. I can keep my charge 4 or use my Apple Watch if I want to charge it everyday

No. I reset it and it still does. I’m just going to return it,  keep using my charge 4.  I can use my Apple Watch if I want to change a face. I really want a regular digital watch and a long battery life, but that not an option for any of them
