I've had my Versa 3 for less than a year. It was working perfectly, until recently.
About a week ago, the battery started draining rapidly, less than a day. No change in how I was using it.
I rebooted the Versa 3 and that helped it keep going for a couple of days and then it died again.
I did a factory reboot and again it helped for a couple of days.
It died again yesterday. It's taking a charge, but not holding it for more than half a day.
What are my options?

Hi there, @brooklynbabe. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3.
Are you using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
As you already know, that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

I don't use snore detection.
I have changed my clock face to Clean Stats. Is that better?

I'm having a very similar problem my Versa 3 is only 51/2 months old - excep0t it4 wont even take a charge (last i checked I put it on the charger 2 hours ago) I'm very disappointed with these products. What are my options? Will Fitbit replace the unit or do I need to buy one every few months? get a different brand product? Help!!!!

Hi ReenieFL,
I followed their advice and on Saturday changed my clock face to Clean Stats. It's been holding the charge since then.
Your issue may be different.

I was surprised that changing the clock face after almost a year would fix it, but I did it on Saturday November 12 as recommended.
It worked for three days, staying at 100% battery until late last night, Tuesday, November 15. Crashed to 0%. Same as before.
I charged it all morning. it was 100% when I put it on at about 11 am this morning. A half hour later it has dropped to 49%
What do you recommend?
