I've had my versa 3 for a week now, and I've found a clock face that doesn't use a lot of battery. From regular use, heart rate, weather, etc, I'll use anywhere from 5% to 15% of the battery during the day (around 16 hours). Then, overnight while on sleep mode, my versa uses around 30% of the battery. This makes no sense. I'm so close to returning this thing as this isn't the only issue (cough...connectivity)

Hi there, @Emjayeff. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.
Are you using Snore Detection on your Versa 3? Please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
However, I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.
If you continue having issues with the battery after taking the above into consideration, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
