Versa 3 - battery life

I know this is a Versa 4 forum, but I can’t find a forum for Versa 3. And maybe that’s why I’m having a problem, maybe they stopped supporting it… anyway, my battery life is horrible. I had a full charge at 2 PM yesterday and now I am down to 72% at 9 AM.  I literally just got this in November. That’s four months ago. This should not be happening already.. I contacted customer support and basically they just blew me off.

@BekkaK   Please take a look at this Help article for some insight on improving battery life.  Sometimes, it can be the sum of a lot of little things you do.

  • Screen timeout -- anything that is longer than the default setting impacts battery life
  • Screen brightness -- same issue
  • Animated or special clock faces
  • Turn off your SpO2 monitoring if you don't need it

The Versa 3 is included in the Other Versa Smartwatches forum.

Hi @BekkaK - that seems more or less normal if you have Snore detection and the SpO2 tracker installed - see How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

@BekkaK- if you are not using SpO2, did you uninstall the SpO2 tracker app in the Gallery tile? This can use as much as 2 days of the battery between charges.
