Versa 3 battery suddenly is awful

Hoping I can get some good feedback on what may be happening.

I've had my Versa 3 for about 3 years now, and have never had any real issues. I don't have any added apps, quick view is off, I use a standard clock face and I have the watch set to dim and the always on off.

 

Historically, I've always charged the watch in the morning and worn it all day with no issues. I've had many days with a long 8 or more mile run using the watch followed a full day of activities and would be well over 50 percent battery life left by the time I wake up and put it back on the charger.

I've changed nothing on the watch.

 

Suddenly, two days ago my watch will go from 100% charge at 6am to 20% by 5pm without ever doing a workout. Having to charge it multiple times a day now.

 

Anyone have some ideas on what could be causing g this and what fixes there may be?

Hi @Jrun13 - unfortunately that is a symptom of a watch fault, possibly from moisture accumulation inside but it can be other things.

Try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and logo appears and wait for it to start.

This will clear any temporary issues.

Next turn off Bluetooth and only turn on briefly when you want a manual sync. This will eliminate sync issues as the cause.

Hopefully one of those will work or identify a cause.
