Hi @Rahrina62 - you can't replace the battery, which is not the issue, it would see, the watch may have a fault.
Charge it again and follow the charging - swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings, there you will see the battery level.
If it shows 100% and dies within an hour the watch is faulty. If it is under warranty it can be replaced.

Thank you for this help, I’m in the process of returning it now since I only bought it in January 2023.
