On my Fitbit versa 3 the battery symbol with a slash won’t go away when fully charged. I have reset it multiple times. What other options do I have????

That is a great solution, but that’s the problem it won’t go away regardless of the settings.

Is this symbol showing up in the middle of the top of your screen? I have a Sense, but if it's what I think it is, it might be that it's telling you there is no connection to your phone. If this is it, syncing your device to your phone (asking the phone app to update with your Versa) usually pairs the two for me. I've noticed that symbol popping up a lot more recently, but I thought it was due to me creating a child account on my app for my son and flip flopping in between the two accounts. Hope this helps.

@Honulii - that will be the explanation.
As you have 2 accounts you might find the SimpleCheckUp app useful as it will tell you on the watch when you last synced and will confirm if the phone can be connected.
You should be able to turn off that indicator in the watch Settings.

Thank you, I’ll watch the connection and see if it is related. The symbol appears at the top of the screen, if it is a sync problem I’ll be happy as that is fixable.

I have tried every solution Apple recommended but it continues to come back
