Versa 3 - battery won’t charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa 3 is around 18 months old - it’s been great !  However while we were on holiday it refused to charge.  I waited until I got back to try other chargers, adapters and sockets.  Not sure what else I can try but it is still not working.  Any advice appreciated.  JB

I have the same problem with mine. When I left for work this morning it was 100% and at 12:00pm it is 32%. Sitting at my desk most of the day so should not be this low. Doesn't make it through the whole day. I have to have a charger at my desk to keep it going.

Hi there!

@Ju_Bolton I recommend you follow all the tips described in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

@thiamarie Can you please check if your Versa 3 has a firmware update pending? You can try to follow these instructions: How do I update my Fitbit device? As the battery is draining way too fast you can try to follow these tips too: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Hi there - thank you for responding to my post.

I have cleaned the contacts on the watch and the pins on the charging wire - still won’t charge.  I have tried plugging the USB into several different ports - both directly and via an adapter- still won’t charge. Also left it plugged in overnight. No success.

Any other things to try?
