My Versa 3 is about 2 1/2 years old, and is in use constantly. I exercise and walk daily, so it gets a lot of use.
On Friday last week, I put it on the charger, and several hours later, took it off the charger but it simply displayed a blank screen, and the sensor lights on the underside were all off. Nothing. Zip.
I tried using the same charger for my wife's device and it worked fine, so it is not the charger, it must be something to do with the device.
I replaced it on the charger, and very dimly could see a red battery icon showing 0% charge. It is as flat as can be. So again this morning, on the charger, no lights, nothing.
Pressing and holding the button on the side does nothing.
Wondering if anyone has any suggestions please?

Thank you very much Marre - I feel naked without my FitBit!

Hi Maree - Not having a shot at you, But I have heard NOTHING from fitbit support, and my Versa III remains as was - as flat as a tack, no lights, no button to push, no reset available - nothing. Is it dead, and do I have to replace it after 2.5 years?
Grateful for your assistance!

Well, I have now revised my thinking on this - it's not that the Versa won't HOLD a charge - it WON'T charge - I suspect that the battery is dead.
Any suggestions as to where to from here to resolve this issue?
