Versa 3 - besides showing the time all other functions stopped working

Since a few weeks my versa 3 is only showing the time properly. All other functions stopped working. Sometimes screen is ‘always on’ without activating this setting. Timer, alarm and other apps are out of reach because the touch screen is not responding. Battery is low very quick. Restart is not helping. 

what to do?

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Versa 3 screen is not working properly.

I suggest you try to do the following:

  • With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and then devices icon and then "Versa 3".
  • Tap Gallery and then Clocks tab.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Choose one developed by Fitbit and then Install.
  • Sync your Versa 3 with the Fitbit app. 
  • Follow the tips from this article: Extend your Fitbit device's battery life

Thanks for your reply and advice. Unfortunately this is not solving the problem. My screen is not reacting properly. The background is not sharp, kind of transparant. Screen is not able to scroll Smoothly. Screen is not reacting when i try to enter a subject. Inthink my device is broken. 

What to do?
