Since last night the screen on my FitBit Versa 3 will not turn on. It has been vibrating at random intervals and will then display the FitBit logo as if it were restarting but then will go black again and will not turn on.
I left the fitbit on the charger all night last night but am still having the issue today.
It is also not syncing with the fitbit app. I have already tried manually restarting both the app and the Fitbit with no changes.
In case it is relevant I also had some issues with the Alarms app last week. The alarms icon would not display on the Fitbit and when I tried to open the app it would try to load for 30 seconds then close and go back to the watch face.

Hi @ETroughton - a factory reset may just help, contact customer support via the Fitbit App chat for help with that.
