My Versa 3 is going crazy. It has a black screen and vibrates almost nonstop. The button isn't responsive and plugging it in doesn't change its behavior. It was at 0% when I plugged it into a wall charger (after dying at ~48%), but the screen has been black the whole time. It still syncs with my FitBit app and there's a green light on the back of the watch.
I've tried both the short restart and the long restart options, and the only change is that now it vibrates incessantly. I've changed the clock face via the app, but it hasn't done anything on the Versa.
Update: Update: the tracker is now bleeding battery after taking it off the charger at 100%. I took it off the charger ~15 min ago and it's now at 74%.
