Versa 3 blank screen-cant restart

Hi, my Versa 3 has a blank screen, has been charged overnight, green lights on back, trying to press and hold the button on left side for 10 secs to restart but FitBit logo not coming up-my steps are picking up on the fitBit app so it seems like a display issue-tried to speak to online chat but not very helpful-any suggestions?
