My versa 3 is now 4 years old and I woke this morning with lines across the screen. It still syncs and gets notifications( it vibrates when I get a message) but I can't see anything on the screen.
I have tried to reset it, but can't tell if it has restarted as can't see the screen. It vibrates as if it has though. Does the screen need replacing?

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below (even when you cannot see anything on the screen):
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
