Hi team .  

I am hoping u can help me here my versa three has stopped logging the heart rate on the app.  Also I think something is wrong with my Calorie  counter as I am quite active and usually do between 2800 and 3300 cals per day it’s stuck saying 1200 which is impossible. Please help my goal date is approaching and I really use the watch to keep me on track . TIA

Hi @Lizzie2023 - as a first step did you try a restart?

You indicate both a Versa 3 and Charge 3, it would be good to Edit your post to clarify, with the 3 dots in the top right corner.
