Hi, my starp has broken off from my watch. Is there anything that can be done for me? I have not had this watch very long, and I use it every day

Please note that when a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors. And I see you've already reached out to them. 🙂
