Why did my V3 only come with half a spare strap (the one with the holes)? The other part of the strap has broken (the one without the holes) so the Fitbit is now no use to me.

Hi @ElizaDoo  the Versa 3 comes with both small and large straps. You can see more about what's in the box on Page 7 of the user manual. click to read

Yes but the strap with the nub on, that goes in the hole in the other strap, is broken and I didn't get a spare one.

If you're still under warranty, @ElizaDoo , get with customer support. If not, you can buy a new band at a local retailer or directly from Fitbit.
