Versa 3 burnt me, now won’t charge

Hi all,

Yesterday, my versa 3 burnt my wrist and last night when I put it on charge, it wouldn’t connect. My battery is currently at 21%, so it’s going to die on me today.
Is this the end of its life? I’ve had it for just over a year

HI @Ozswede - the watch may have developed a fault.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to check it for you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occurs.
