I've just recently started using my Versa 3 again and even though it finally synced, the calories burned seem to be stuck. I wake up and find that I've burned over 600 calories in my sleep. At the moment, 1230pm, I'm at over 1,000 calories and all I've been doing is working from home at my computer.
Does anyone know how to rectify this please?

Hi @Kazmos52 ! Warm welcome to the Community !
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some troubles regarding the amount of calories burned.
Your basal metabolic rate is based on the physical data you entered in to your Fitbit account (height, weight, sex, and age) and accounts for at least half the calories you burn in a day. Because your body burns calories even if you’re asleep or not moving, you see calories burned on your device when you wake up and will notice this number increase throughout the day.
Could you please verify the data registered in the Fitbit app, as explained in the following help article ? How do I change my birthdate, sex, height, or weight?

Thank you very much Mario for replying. I can confirm that all those details of mine in the app are correct.
Looking at the data, I'm burning 70 calories an hour when I'm sleeping. If I look earlier in the month and in January when the watch was switched off and I wasn't using it, it still says I'm burning 70 calories every hour.
Best Wishes,
Karen
