Calories burned are calculated, not measured, So you don’t need to wear the device.

I can do math, but I would rather start my day from 0 calories burned. Any setting I can change that will allow me that?

@Jo2024 No, there is no setting to turn off BMR calorie counting. And your daily count would be off if there was. You burn calories even when you sleep, so starting with 0 in the morning would be incorrect.
