Versa 3 connection and recording issues

Connection issues each morning I have to connect my versa 3 three to Bluetooth. This task can take anything up to ten minutes. From a blank firstly the time is displayed, then that annoying message about adding cards, then the screen goes blank sometimes the Fitbit logo appears sometimes not. I cycle through these stages several times until eventually the logo appears and the watch connects with Bluetooth. Ten minutes later it has lost the connection.

recording issues sleep timer roughly 5% accurate versa 3 records average 2 hrs sleep my phone generally records 8hrs. Daily readiness always pleased to get any data this happens once a month.

considering new watch at the moment it won’t be a Fitbit. The only function that works consistently is the step counter
