My phone is a Redmi note 9s, previous Fitbit (Versa lite) worked perfectly fine with it for 2 years. Now upgraded to Versa 3 and it constantly disconnects and connects back on its own, sometimes several times per hour. I look at it and it has the "disconnected" icon then I look at it a minute later and it's connected again. Sometimes it receives all notifications from my phone (email, text) immediately, sometimes not, but then it'll reconnect itself and sync on its own. It's very annoying as I can't rely on it because the fact it's not showing any notifications doesn't mean there aren't any on my phone.
Can anyone help please?
