Versa 3 - couldn't read spo2

So for 4 night/ day cycles ive worn versa 3 and it has said it "couldnt read spo2"...

 

Is there a diagnostic i can run to see if the sensor is still working?....orrr...suggestions?

Thanks for sharing that your SpO2 wasn't displayed on your Versa 3. There are some factors that may affect this reading, such as not using the SpO2 Signature clock face, not syncing after waking up or getting less than 3 hours of sleep. If they don't apply to you, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture > Versa 3> Clock Faces.
  2. Verify if the settings and permissions for the SpO2 Signature clock face are correct.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated.
  4. Restart your watch.
  5. Wear your watch slightly higher on your wrist to sleep and sync it with the Fitbit app once you're awake to check your details.
