I have a Versa 3 and have used it for about a year. The last two weeks or so, everyday, it wildly over counts my floors. For example, my daily count should be about 15 but routinely counts 70 or more! I've performed multiple restarts and detailed cleaning and checked forums for answers on a fix with no luck. Can someone assist please! I have had a good experience with this Fitbit prior to this and don't want to have to change to another brand.

Hi @Dan262524 - if you made no changes or updates it may just be temporary. Try restarting the watch first of all. How do I restart my Fitbit device?

@Dan262524- if you did no update to the watch then it could be a watch fault. Some say make sure the tiny hole to [the very delicate] pressure sensor is clean.
You can try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Guy
My Versa3 has also been doing this over the last few weeks have contacted Cs twice via chat and have restarted numerous time too but no better.. it is only the floors not registering correctly.. just annoying that they cannot fix it as seems to be an actual issue with the fitbit
