Versa 3 cracked screen

Anyone had an issue with a cracked screen from dropping it? It fell off my wrist ( strap wasn’t on properly ) and my screen has smashed. 
I’ve only had it like a week. Now worried it’s going to cost me loads to fix it. 
seeing as it’s a sports watch you would have thought it was more durable! 

Any one else experience this and had to fit it?

Hi @Jenalub  there are no repairs for these devices and accidental damage isn't covered by warranty. If you paid by credit card, get with them and let them know - often the credit card company has insurance/warranty on your purchased items. Many have been able to secure a new device under those terms.

My screen simply fell off as I was standing still. Has anyone else experienced this? It remains held on by a small plastic tab inside.
