Versa 3 didn't record my sleep score

This is the first time I didn't get a sleep score. It said "not enough quality sleep data", but that's not true obviously according to the sleep stages graph.

@deiG   I’m going to ask a moderator to join this discussion.  Your screenshot is the first one like this I have ever seen.  Sleep stages, but no sleep score.  What information do you get when you tap on the Learn More option?

Hi there, @deiG. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for the screenshot attached. @LZeeW Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I'm wondering the same as @LZeeW. What happens if you click on the "Learn More"?

In the meantime, please try the following:

  • Sync your Versa 3
  • Log out of the Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync your Versa 3 once again

Hope that helps.

”Learn more" directs to the help page about sleep score.

I've already tried those steps a few times. They don't help.
