Versa 3 did not start a new day of activities

I agree with @Guy_, to better assist you, would you mind giving us more details about the issue? Did not your Versa 3 reset at midnight? 

If your Versa 3 is tracking your data, but not syncing it to the Fitbit app, please follow the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_.

On the other hand, if your Versa 3 is still showing old data as it didn't reset at midnight, I was wondering if this is the first time your Inspire 2 doesn't reset your steps? If so, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Fitbit device. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

In the meantime, I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit device and sync it right after the restart.

Hi @molleigh - you don't give much to go on, but this might help, make sure the watch is syncing with the Fitbit App. Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
