Versa 3 didn't reset my data from the day before

I have looked at my watch this morning to find that the day has changed to Sunday however all of my fitness info like steps and calories have not changed since yesterday? Usually they would all reset to zero. Iv tried restarting but nothing has changed. Help please !

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 3. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

Currently, there is no option to manually reset the data registered by your Watch. However, after performing the restart to your Versa 3 your data should get reset automatically at midnight. If your stats still haven't been reset please let us know.
