I bought a Versa 3 a few days ago. The sleep tracking worked the first 2 nights but I hasn’t updated for last night. The app shows that it was tracking my HR last night, so why don’t I have a sleep score? I’ve tried restarting but made no difference

Hi MarreFitbit. So I have a similar problem. Just went from a charge 3 to a Versa 3. I find 90% of the time it does not track my sleep at all. What it will do is track my last two hours of sleep. Often just prior to the alarm going off, I wake up to go to the bathroom and then fall back asleep again for 2 more hours. The Fitbit will track these last two hours, but not the 6 hours of sleep I had prior.
Any suggestions on how to correct this issue?

Also having problems. Versa 3 not tracking sleep for 6 weeks now. I have tried every suggestion on various forums but nothing works.
Also noticed calories not calculating accurately either..

Hi there, @therealmramx @LcDo. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and also trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I understand where your concerns are coming from.
To better assist you, please make sure that you've taken in consideration the following in order to get sleep stages:
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Additionally, I'd recommend to sync your Fitbit devices to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.
Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.
Hope this helps.

Hi MarreFitbit,
Thanks for responding
Unfortunately, I have tried all of the above suggestions on a number of occasions over the last six weeks none of which resolved the issue. I have also done numerous factory resets and uninstalled and set up from scratch again to no avail.
Regards,
LcDo
