Versa 3 difficulties with sleep and swiping

I also am having problems with swiping my versa3. It also does not keep track of my sleep properly. I have sent in screenshots that show what time it is which is 6:00 a.m. and my Fitbit shows that I woke up at 8:30. I reset my Fitbit, changed my sleep settings and done everything that was requested and I am still having problems. I don't think the versa3 works as well as the versa 2 did. I'm disappointed I spent $200 to get the new versa

I have sent information back to fitbit support including screen shots and have not heard anything back.  I have done the factory reset.  I have reset up my fitbit and it is still not working.
