I slept with device on wrist and it caused skin injury that looks like a burn.

I had a similar problem.  I purchased non-silicone bands and switch arms daily.  Curious what advice you were given....

I spoke with customer service and they gave me a different type of band.
Hope it works better. I'm going to have a scar on my arm.
