My Versa 3 will not stay connected to Bluetooth. Through out the day I have to constantly reconnect. Is there a fix to this. I never had any trouble with the Versa lite or the Versa 2.

Same only now I upaired and uninstalled to reset and I can't get it to pair either. It's extremely frustrating.

I’m contemplating on returning it. I’ve never had issues before.

HI @poohwin_99 , @MrsWeird - check that Bluetooth and the Fitbit App can run in background and are not being Shutdown for battery saving.
On an Android phone check battery optimizations [the options may be different in your version]

Thank you for your reply,
I’ve had a Fitbit for a few years, I’ve never had any issue until this one (versa 3). I just got it a few days ago and since then every time I go onto the app I have to forget the versa 3 on Bluetooth and reconnect. I’ve never had any issue with my Versa lite or the versa 2.. I’m about to go back to the versa 2 and return this one

A guess - have you tried turning off status indicators in the watch settings.
It was added recently and may possibly be causing problems.

Well I tried that out but still keeps disconnecting. So I turned it back on and the same thing won’t stay connected. So I’m going to go back to the old one and return this one. Thanks for all your help

Forgetting the device is how a user un-pairs the tracker from the phone.
The setup process connects the tracker to the users fitbit account.
Then the app will ask to pair the tracker to the phone.
A user will not be able to directly pair the tracker' they will receive the error telling them to use the (fitbit) app.
if the tracker has been removed from the phones bluetooth, open the fitbit app, the app should ask for permission to pair.
if the tracker is not syncing, try clearing the apps cache. restarting the phone and tracker. better yet shutdown both and turn both on
