Had my versa3 for over a year now, no problems for the most part. Today, I went to the gym and it looked fine up until I went home. For the last 3 hours, the display screen has been frozen and/or broken; I can't see the clock or anything, and it can't be swiped away. The "broken screen" seems to move every half hour or so, but it's still more of the same, just slightly different. I do not swim or shower with this, and have not hit/damaged the actual physical screen.

For reference, the display screen looks like an inkblot/Rorschach  painting: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10RyvkJiq3oi8-Milo8xHwjD8VTZ1Xx_r/view?usp=sharing

I did try a few things recommended in the forum (e.g. charge it, and reset). But I'm wondering if this can be fixed by restarting?? Or if this one's a bit too far gone for a reboot =(

Thank you in advance!!

@ettezus Hello!  This looks like a hardware issue. No amount of rebooting will fix. You need a new device, I'm sorry to say.
