Hi Ive noticed over the last few days my distance on my watch isn't correct but on the app it is. I have reset watch and phone, reinstalled the app and synced multiple times with no change. For example my watch is currently showing 0.59mile and the app is 2.1mile. I was on chat to someone who told me to reinstall app and come back on but now chat is showing unavailable l, unsure what else to try as this issue has started with nothing being changed on the watch/phone. I have also never changed the stride settings, I've had a few time where the app hasn't been the same as watch but never the watch wrong and app correct.
