Versa 3 does not show a complete screen. No numbers on any screen. I cannot use the watch at all

My Versa 3 watch show an incomplete watchface and show no numbers at all regardless what I do.  Help.  I cannot use the watch as it is.

Hi @jrteel - the first thing to try is holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

This may cure it, if not, a factory reset, you can  chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
