I tried all the tips from restart bluetooth, restart fitbit, delete fitbit app and restart. I keep the same problem that Bluetoots does not find Versa 3, so synchronising is not possible. I have this Versa 3 since april 2022.....

Hi @Antje59 - have you tried logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone?
Sometimes using "+ Set up a Device" and choosing your watch as a replacement also cures it.
