I have synced my new Versa 3, but the dashboard is only recognising it as my previous Versa 2.

@Adielady glad you got it sorted out. When the Fitbit doesn't do as you wish, try restarting it a few times. If you need further help, customer service is available by phone or chat.

Hi @Adielady when you set up, you should have been asked if you wanted to replace the Versa 2 with the Versa 3. You can't have both on your account. Did you try removing the Versa 2 from your account?
