Hi there, @tams178. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

I agree with @Guy_, so please try those tips and recommendations. 

On a side note, I'd also suggest restarting your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @tams178 - it could be the watch needs charging?

Place on the charge cable and see if you get a display of charging or the watch starts, if not check this link How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

If the watch is charged and the display doesn't show anything when you look at it, try

  • double tap the watch face or press the button
  • swipe the face to the right
  • check that Sleep is not enable, if so disable it.

Sense and Versa 3—Swipe right from the clock face.
Swipe down from the clock face to access quick settings.
Tap the Settings app Display settings. Always-on display.
Tap Always-on display to turn the setting on or off. To set the display to automatically turn off during certain hours, tap Off-hours.
