Versa 3 downloads music every time I plug it in but I have no music apps installed

I briefly installed the Pandora app but realized it was useless to me without Bluetooth earphones and deleted the app. 

But now it insists on downloading music every time I plug it in to charge. 

Is there some other app that's doing this, or some way to make it stop?

Yikes. I re-downloaded Pandora, went to settings and adjusted it so it wouldn't download music, ok great, then I deleted Pandora again. 


And now it's stuck on the logo screen. I've restarted and reset and unlinked the device and it will not do anything but show the logo and reset itself over and over again. HELP.

never mind. two-month-old phone is bricked and customer support did nothing. I have to send it back and THEN they will send me another one a week later. So that's two weeks without any tracking device. I guess they don't trust me to send the dead one back or something. 

Very much not happy with this company right now. Kind of rather have my money back.
