Versa 3 - exercise is cutting off 15 mins?

I manually start my exercise on the Versa 3 watch, and if I do a 45min workout, run etc it cuts 15 mins off from the total duration - how can this be fixed? 

I have tried to manually adjust the duration in the app but nothing changes!
