So I'm sitting here watching TV and the face just popped off my Versa 3. After having a really hard time reaching a customer support agent, they could only take a message!
Customer support can't respond or tell me when they will respond but they can send me surveys about a call that offered no help! Really? I might be done with Fitbit and I've been loyal a long time since the very first model!
